Service description

Quontext is an online-only subscription software service for personal context capture, storage, search, and reuse across supported clients.

No physical goods are shipped.

Pricing

• Free: $0 forever
• Pro Monthly: $3 per month
• Pro Annual: $30 per year

Prices are exclusive of taxes. The final amount payable is shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase is completed.

Plan limits and overage handling

Free and paid plans may include usage limits for captures, stored clips, uploads, storage, Agent API usage, priority processing, or similar service capacity. The current limits are shown on the pricing page, in the service, or in Stripe Checkout before purchase is completed.

If usage exceeds the applicable plan limits, new captures, uploads, API calls, or other new usage may be restricted until usage returns within the limit, the account upgrades, or the relevant period resets.

We do not charge overage fees under the current plan structure, and we do not normally block access to or export of existing stored data solely because of a plan overage.

However, if prolonged over-limit storage, abuse, system integrity issues, recovery needs, or other operational constraints make it reasonably necessary, we may require deletion of stored data or delete stored data to restore compliance or protect the service. This is not our default operating policy.

Additional fees

We do not charge any additional fees beyond the subscription price.

Internet connection charges, mobile carrier charges, and other communication costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods and timing

Available payment methods are shown in Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase.

The initial payment is charged at the time of purchase. After that, the Monthly plan renews automatically each month and the Annual plan renews automatically each year unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Service availability

Access to the paid service is generally available immediately after successful payment.

In some cases, activation may take a short time to appear while billing and entitlement updates are processed.

Subscription term, renewal, and cancellation

The Monthly plan renews automatically every month. The Annual plan renews automatically every year.

Unless canceled before the next renewal date, the subscription will renew and the applicable fee will be charged automatically.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewal charge will be made after that period ends.

If we materially reduce a major quota for an existing paid plan, we generally apply that change from the next renewal term or through a successor paid plan rather than during an already-paid billing period, and we aim to provide advance notice.

Refund policy

Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.

We do not provide prorated refunds or refunds for any unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription after cancellation.

However, duplicate charges, clear first-purchase mistakes, or billing errors caused by us may be reviewed individually to determine whether a refund is appropriate.
